Roby Marton Gin has a light yellow color and a complex taste. On the palate the juniper notes are dominant, with notes of licorice and ginger, followed by soft citrus notes. On the nose you can feel a complex blend of notes, with red berries, anise and cloves in the background and ginger and licorice on the front.
Roby Marton Gin is double distilled using neutral grain spirit and spring water. At first a discontinuous still is used, then part of the spirit is perfected through a cold infusion process.

Roby Marton Gin is produced in a historical distillery in Bassano del Grappa with great care and maximum focus on high quality also in choosing botanicals. Roby is always looking for the best natural herbs and spices and that’s why with the changing of seasons every batch of gin could be slightly different from the former.
