L’American Distilling Institute (ADI) è la prima e più grande associazione di settore rivolta alla distillazione artigianale nel mondo. Fondata nel 2003, è un punto di riferimento per la comunità dei craft distillers e proprietari indipendenti grazie al suo network a livello globale. L’ADI promuove moltissime iniziative, organizza eventi e workshops e cura un’importante gara per distillati artigianali e RTD’s provenienti da tutto il mondo: ADI’s Judging of Craft Spirits. Da alcuni anni sono giudice e steward per la gara e finalmente posso condividere con voi i risultati delle competizione 2024.
